Hello and a smile

A simple hello or an acknowledgement and a smile can make such a big difference. Coke use to have a saying “A Coke and a smile.” One of the mothers at my church always says “if you see someone without a smile give them one of yours” it truly makes a difference. I work in a call center for a Dr office I always smile when I answer the phone and greet the phone always ask how they are I make an effort to make it personal. All of these simple gestures, but it really can make a huge difference in the mindset of someone who has depression or just having a bad day. If in person say oh that dress looks so nice on you find the positive. I was always taught to keep things simple that is why I don’t write long blogs I feel I can get my message across without alot of words so if to keep my readers engaged.
