You must first love God and self before you can truly love anyone else. To know your worth and value is key to not let anyone tear you down. It took me a while to learn that lesson for myself, going mental and physiological abuse is very difficult to go through physical I recovered fairly well but the other abuse I still am working through. So love yourself learn the signs and get away from it as quickly as you see it. Pray about it ask for wisdom and strength to walk away safely. God bless you. I had intended to write about self love but I didn’t think I’d go this direction but I allowed God to work though me, hopefully this was encouraging and was what was needed at the right time.
